Justin attended the University of Massachusetts- Lowell, where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology in 2012. Justin then continued his graduate studies at the University of Massachusetts- Lowell earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. During his time at UMASS-Lowell he completed several clinical rotations in outpatient orthopedic settings. In addition he spent 12 weeks in Illinois with a focus on chronic pain and pain management using “Pain Science Education.” He currently utilizes these concepts while creating treatment plans and educating clients as well as colleagues.
Justin believes in treating the whole person with a focus on improving quality of life using movement as medicine. In addition to practicing “Pain Science,” Justin received his certification in Lee Silverman Voice Treatment- THINK BIG (LSVT-THINK BIG) to treat Parkinson’s patients to address his interest with neurological disorders. He also enjoys treating vestibular/ balance disorders. Since starting his professional career he has become certified in spinal manipulation as well as functional dry needling allowing him to become very skilled at treating spinal disorders as well as headaches. He is passionate about learning new manual techniques which helps improve overall patient outcomes.
When not in the clinic Justin can be found creating delicious culinary creations in the kitchen, hiking, kayaking or spending time with close friends and family.
